Why choose ChargePoint?ChargePoint® is the world’s largest and most open EV charging network operating ChargePoint charging stations and hardware from other leading EV charging manufacturers. We connect EV drivers to thousands of independently owned charging stations located where you work, shop and play. Our best-in-class cloud based software helps drivers and station owners manage all their EV charging needs in one place, through their account dashboard. Our mobile app connects drivers on-the-go with access to their account and real-time station availability.
-
Which EV’s are compatible ChargePoint stations? All EVs except Tesla use the same J1772TM connector for Level 2 charging. Tesla makes adapters that allow their vehicles to charge using J1772 or CHAdeMO connectors.
-
How much does Installation cost?Often the highest cost of EV Stations is the infrastructure necessary to power the stations. Electric service upgrades, trenching, repaving, distance to panel and other factors can significantly impact the cost of the project. Good planning with MPower and keeping future expansion in mind will reduce your short and long-term installation costs!
-
Are there financing or subscription options?Yes! ChargePoint as a Service (CPaaS) is a subscription model that has become increasingly popular with clients. CPaaS offers: 1. Multiple terms (1, 3 or 5 years) to fit your needs 2. Conserve CapEx funds and use annual OpEx funds to pay for your charging infrastructure 3. Protect and get the most out of your investment: stations are always proactively monitored and never technically obsolete 4. Save time and money with minimal overhead and predictable operational expenses. If purchasing the stations is your preference, financing options are available, including 100% financing!

Which EV Station is right for me?Each business has it’s own goals for EV Charging. The good news is that ChargePoint has numerous station options to fulfill your team’s needs. All-Purpose CT4000 Level 2 Charging Stations The CT4000 is the right fit for property owners, businesses and municipalities that are looking for charging stations for their employees, customers, residents and fleets. They offer the complete set of capabilities that station owners need to manage EV drivers and fleets. CPF25 Level 2 Charging Stations for Fleets and Multi-Family Homes The CPF25 is designed for select fleet and multi-family applications. For fleets, CPF25 stations are ideally suited for depot charging. For multi-family communities, CPF25 stations are intended for personal charging in assigned parking spots. Express 100, 200 and 250 DC Fast Charging Stations ChargePoint Express DC fast chargers allow property owners, businesses and municipalities to offer fast charging for all of today’s EVs equipped with DC fast charging. With an embedded AC-to-DC converter, they directly charge vehicle batteries. Express 100 can be used around towns, while 200 and 250 stations are ideal for businesses near major roads where drivers need quick turnaround charging. Express stations can also complement CT4000 stations at workplaces, offering employees a quick charge when they need it.

How am I going to manage the stations?a. As a new station owner, you will receive an email with a link you can click on to activate and set up your administrator account. Once you set up your account, you can log in to manage your stations, view your dashboard, set up pricing and access control and analyze the usage of your stations. b. As the station owner, you set every important policy for your stations, including who has access to use your stations, and how much, if anything, it will cost EV drivers to charge at your stations. We’re happy to provide guidance, but the decision is ultimately yours.

I like my electrician, can I use them?"a. Absolutely.
